This award shall be used to benefit the Art, Music, and Speech/ Theatre departments. The use (not limited to scholarships) of this endowment shall be determined by the Dean and Chair of each department

Mr. Ball was a CSC alumnus whose love was fine arts. Before his death he transferred ownership of his home in Lincoln to the Foundation. The Ball Fine Arts Endowment is funded by the proceeds of the sale of his home
