Area of Interest: Athletic

Criteria:

The recipent shall be a participant in Men's or Women's track. He/She shall have graduated from a high school located in a rural town, of 6,000 people or less. Preference shall be given to worthy graduates from Chadron High School and Crawford High School. He/She shall have a GPA of at least 2.5.
